Position Summary This role is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound freight, as well as procuring raw materials to support Manufacturing and Tableting & Packaging (T&P) operations. The position works closely with production and logistics teams to ensure materials availability and efficient product movement. Key Responsibilities Procure raw materials and components for the main plant, based on direction from the production team Procure components for Tableting & Packaging (T&P), as directed by the T&P production team Collaborate with production teams to determine product availability for shipment to T&P Manage third-party finished goods for direct customer sale or repackaging at T&P Coordinate and oversee all inbound and outbound rail shipments Create and maintain regulatory and shipping documentation for non-company-produced products stored at external facilities Supervise and direct the Shipping Department, including: Coordination of loading and unloading activities Management of intra-plant truck freight Completion of all required shipping documentation Required Skills & Qualifications Strong working knowledge of SAP, including (but not limited to): MIGO, material transfers, PGI, picking, deliveries, shipments, STOs, and inventory adjustments Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and adapt to changing production and inventory plans Strong multitasking and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC applications Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization Preferred Experience 10+ years of manufacturing or related experience 5+ years of SAP experience in inventory management and material planning Prior supervisory or management experience in a union environment We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
