Job Overview: Power Tools and Lifting Equipment division of Ingersoll Rand has an opportunity to join the Commercial Sales Team as a Specialty Commercial Account Manager. We are committed to building strong partnerships - both with our distributors, customers and our cross-functional teams. This position will be responsible for relationship-building, project management, vendor management, problem-solving, and deliver exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for specialty, ERGO and custom order process and will ensure smooth order execution, proactive communication, project management and long-term account growth. In addition, the position will be asked to assist with problem solving for products manufactured within the company and with vendors. This position will be a hybrid position and will work on site at the Southern Pines, NC manufacturing plant 3 days each week.
