Director, Leader & Talent Development Job Summary: The Director, Leader & Talent Development is responsible for designing, facilitating, and operationalizing ArchWell Health's enterprise leadership development programs, New Colleague Orientation (NCO), and other core talent development experiences. This role ensures all programs are grounded in high-impact adult learning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The Director will oversee end-to-end program delivery-including curriculum design, facilitation, logistics, evaluation, and continuous refinement-while partnering closely with operations, HR, clinical leadership, and market leaders to ensure programs align with the realities of a fast-growing, value-based care organization. This leader must bring strong director-level operational experience (preferably within a value-based care environment), proven facilitation capability, and the ability to build scalable learning experiences that strengthen talent pipelines and drive organizational performance.
