Job Summary: The Project Coordinator for Post Construction Services plays a crucial role in being a liaison between the project accounting team and the project management team. They are responsible for ensuring that all billing processes, job setups, and contract reviews are conducted accurately and timely. They are also responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and resolving any project-related administrative issues that may arise. This role requires excellent organization, as well as a strong attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes and procedures. Your Responsibilities as a Project Coordinator:
