TITLE: NetSuite Administrator
LOCATION: Ashburn, VA
POSITION SUMMMARY:
NetSuite Administrator duties involve configuring and maintaining our ERP software (NetSuite) so CPG can maximize its use of automation and workflow to help improve business processes, enhance internal controls and achieve business goals. The NetSuite Administrator will have primary responsibility for ensuring high quality controls are deployed within NetSuite and appropriate logical access and security reviews exist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for the NetSuite platform.
- Review, plan, and optimize NetSuite configurations to support evolving business, operational, and compliance requirements.
- Manage user, role, and account provisioning, including access requests, updates, and terminations for employees and contractors.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business operations and decision-making.
- Support Finance and leadership reporting and analytics needs.
- Support SuiteScript and SuiteFlow development and administration, consistent with role expectations.
- Maintain and manage custom fields, forms, and records within NetSuite.
- Provide ongoing system and technical support to internal users, including issue resolution, training, and role-based access management.
- Provide support to the Senior Applications Architect on integration initiatives and the design, enhancement, and maintenance of workflows.
- Stay current on NetSuite releases, features, customizations, and integrations, and evaluate their impact on the organization, including release testing, impact assessments, and deployment coordination.
- Develop, document, and enforce policies, procedures, and standards that support data integrity, change management, and secure access administration.
- Create and maintain training materials and user documentation for NetSuite processes, enhancements, and best practices.
- Oversee data governance and change control activities within NetSuite to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to support system adoption and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the NetSuite application.

Education/Experience (Desired):

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred.

At least 3 years' experience with NetSuite ERP and preferably 5-10 years of CRM admin/development experience.
Must be a US Citizen

Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
