Job Overview: If you're looking for an opportunity to do more than support EHS - if you want to influence it, improve it, and leave your mark on a manufacturing site - this role offers exactly that. As the EHS Specialist, you'll take ownership of key environmental, health, and safety activities for the plant, balancing hands-on floor presence with the coordination of training, reporting, compliance administration, occupational health support, visitor controls, purchasing, stock control, business continuity, and improvement projects. You'll be a trusted partner to plant leadership and a visible resource to employees, helping drive solutions, support safe operations, and review safety considerations tied to projects, contractors, equipment changes, and other plant initiatives. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds credibility on the shop floor, and wants the visibility, influence, and growth opportunity to help elevate EHS performance across the site. Pay Range The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 annually. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
