Office ManagerLAS Advancement College of Liberal Arts & Sciences University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Job SummaryThe Office Manager has responsibility for and coordinates all the administrative functions for the Director(s) of Development and Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, including calendar management, expense reporting, arranging travel, drafting and managing correspondence, generating reports from a TED database on a regular basis and collecting data, performing prospect research and data management, preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings, and performing administrative support for the unit. Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 3266 - Office Manager position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the deadline date. The collective bargaining agreement sets a wage of $46,975.50. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position. Hybrid work options may be available for this position, with the ability to be on-site at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus as needed per the University's Workplace Flexibility policy.
