Job DescriptionSummary of Position The Associate Director of Admissions for PSEO (Post-Secondary Enrollment Options) is a key leadership position within the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) division in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The Associate Director is responsible for driving sustainable growth through impactful student recruitment and admission activities. This position oversees the enrollment management functions for the University's PSEO (dual enrollment) students. This position leads the strategy and carries out the core tasks in order to achieve targeted growth goals for dual enrolled students that support Augsburg's strategic plan. Primary Responsibilities PSEO student, family, CBO (Community-Based Organizations) and high school staff engagement (40-50%).
