The Financial Center Leader (FCL) is responsible for overall branch performance, including team leadership, client experience, operational execution, and business growth. This role leads the development of a high-performing team through intentional coaching, consistent feedback, and structured development routines, including weekly observational coaching and monthly one-on-one sessions. The FCL is accountable for translating enterprise strategies into actionable plans, ensuring daily and weekly routines drive meaningful client engagement, deepened relationships, and expanded product utilization. In this role, you will actively contribute to business development by building community connections, networking, and leading proactive outreach efforts. You will oversee the delivery of a differentiated, consultative client experience tailored to a diverse and often high-net-worth client base, requiring a strong executive presence and the ability to navigate complex financial needs. The FCL partners closely with internal stakeholders across business lines to deliver comprehensive solutions while maintaining strict adherence to risk and compliance standards. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism while also providing a supportive space for growth, feedback, and innovation. Leaders in this environment play a critical role in developing talent, reinforcing a positive team dynamic, and modeling the behaviors that drive both employee and client success.
