Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: The Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinician functions independently within an integrated pediatric care model, providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, crisis intervention, and developmentally appropriate, timelimited, goaloriented individual, group, and family psychotherapy. The clinician delivers evidencebased interventions tailored to children, adolescents, and their families, documents care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and collaborates closely with pediatricians, child and adolescent psychiatrists, care managers, and communitybased providers. The role includes active participation in multidisciplinary pediatric treatment teams, development and ongoing review of familycentered treatment plans, and contribution to quality improvement initiatives. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
