* Paid Media Specialist - Fully Remote *
*Overview* We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Paid Media Specialist to build and lead a performance-driven paid media strategy from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly operational environment and enjoys owning the full campaign lifecycle-from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting. You will collaborate cross-functionally and work directly with business partners to drive measurable growth through paid media channels. If you are passionate about testing, data-driven decision-making, and scaling performance, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. *Key Responsibilities* Paid Media Strategy and Execution Develop and manage paid media strategies across search, social, and display channels Own end-to-end campaign execution including planning, setup, launch, optimization, and reporting Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals Build scalable processes and best practices for campaign management *Campaign Optimization and Testing* Design and execute A/B tests across creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages Analyze test results to identify insights and inform future strategies Create and maintain playbooks and case studies based on performance learnings Utilize AI tools to enhance creative development, testing speed, and performance analysis *Stakeholder Collaboration* Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives Translate business goals into actionable paid media plans Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders *Analytics and Reporting* Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across the full funnel Develop insights on acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics Work with analytics teams on attribution modeling and incrementality testing Use data to validate performance and guide scaling decisions Agency and Vendor Collaboration Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support campaign execution and performance Establish workflows and maintain accountability across partnerships *Qualifications* 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns Deep expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels Proven track record of building, launching, and optimizing campaigns from start to finish Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and attribution Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments *Preferred Qualifications* Experience in an agency environment or managing agency relationships Familiarity with mobile attribution and tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust Experience with tag management systems and conversion tracking setup Experience in marketing digital products, subscription services, or marketplace platforms Experience working with local or small business marketing strategies *Work Environment* Fully remote position Collaborative and fast-paced team environment Opportunity to build processes and influence strategy from the ground up *Why Join* High-impact role with ownership over strategy and execution Opportunity to innovate and test new ideas Work with a collaborative and growth-focused team Exposure to modern tools and technologies, including AI-driven workflows *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $59.00 - $61.00/hr.
