We are seeking a visionary and results-driven professional to take on a pivotal role in optimizing our business operations. As a key leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless financial, administrative, and operational processes, directly impacting our ability to achieve strategic goals and deliver exceptional outcomes. Your expertise will drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and contribute significantly to our continued success. What You'll Do:
- Oversee comprehensive financial management and budgeting for the department, including auditing reports, managing variances, ensuring appropriate funding, and handling accruals.
- Contribute to financial performance management by preparing insightful reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and highlighting areas for improved financial control.
- Manage human resources and recruitment initiatives, monitoring staffing levels to align with approved organizational plans, and providing expert policy and procedure guidance to the management team.
- Supervise vendor relationships and invoice processing to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Direct the management of supplies and inventory for the department, overseeing the allocation of major equipment and resources, and facilitating regular reviews of technology assets to support operational reporting.
- Coordinate diverse projects across the department, ensuring optimal utilization of company resources, compiling status reports, managing schedules, leading meetings, and meticulously documenting all project phases.
- Oversee the maintenance of internal communication platforms and collaborative tools in partnership with key departmental contacts.
- Perform other essential administrative duties as required to support the department's objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
- 5 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and effectively respond to the logistical and administrative needs of an organization.
- Proven capacity to conceptualize, plan, organize, coordinate, and manage significant programs or functions within a department.
- Expertise in developing financial budgets and managing expenses effectively.
- Strong ability to develop strategic business plans and strategies.
- Exceptional skill in fostering effective working relationships and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Adept at handling a variety of administrative and support function responsibilities, with the ability to determine specific courses of action independently.
- Proficiency in mediating and resolving complex problems and issues.
- Proven ability to provide leadership and positively influence others.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business administration principles.
- Proficiency in advanced office productivity suites, data analysis tools, presentation software, and project management applications.
- Solid understanding of principles and practices of organization, administration, fiscal, and personnel management.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision and program management.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $82.30 - $91.44 an hour.
