We are seeking a talented and driven Product Designer to join this dynamic Enterprise Product Design team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their internal tools. Envision and craft thoughtful enterprise experiences that thrive in large-scale, complex environments, balancing the needs of multiple user groups and cohesively integrating disparate tools into robust platforms that run the business and enable efficiency at scale.

**What You'll Do**

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, business, and other teams to understand goals, clarify requirements, and refine the user's perspective.

* Frame and shape the design approach, proposing innovative solutions with your team.

* Transform project requirements and goals into clear, well-estimated plans, defining necessary activities, deliverables, and iterations to deliver high-quality designs efficiently.

* Iteratively design, refine, and validate solutions using a full range of design skills, including wireframes, storyboards, workshops, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

* Provide meaningful feedback and actively seek stakeholder input to continuously improve design solutions.

* Partner with User Research to ensure design concepts effectively meet customer needs and deliver desired results.

* Produce comprehensive documentation that clearly articulates design concepts for stakeholders and provides sufficient detail for engineering development.

* Account for variations across devices, error conditions, and edge cases, defining usable, repeatable, and intuitive interactions.

* Deliver designs that promote the organization's Experience Strategy and utilize its Design System, ensuring product coherence and continuity.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* 3-5+ years of proven experience as a product designer, user experience designer, information architect, or in a similar design role.

* Demonstrated experience designing enterprise software and complex workflows.

* A strong portfolio or case studies showcasing a track record of delivering high-quality digital products with measurable results.

* Exceptional ability to communicate and present complex problems clearly to diverse audiences and across various organizational levels.

* Proven ability to evaluate design decisions against customer needs and business impact, making intelligent trade-offs between time and effort.

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* Expertise in user experience design methods to translate customer and stakeholder needs into compelling product value.

* Ability to plan team work and identify the right approach for any design challenge, holding yourself accountable through customer outcomes and business metrics.

* Strong collaborative spirit, building trust by helping others achieve their goals and pushing the boundaries of design and product innovation.

* Constructive communication and collaboration style that enables consensus building and influences across teams.

* A critical thinker who can solve design problems in various ways, clearly articulating the pros and cons of proposed solutions.

* Ability to model and mentor peers, fostering a high-functioning team that continuously learns and improves design delivery.
