Your Impact:

• Overseeentirefacility maintenanceresponsibilities, include managingrepairs

• Establish schedules,maintenance budget, andplan equipment, building and staffing needs

• Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met andmaintained, and overseecustodial team

• ManageHVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safetysystemsand keep technology up to date

• Work withcontractors, vendors, and thenational andfacility management teamsto address maintenanceand emergency situations promptly
