We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in New York City, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Support the design and execution of our Alternatives segment strategy, including market analysis, client segmentation, opportunity sizing, and prioritization. Produce recurring and ad hoc analysis on client trends, revenue performance, pipeline, pricing, competitor activity, and strategic opportunities. Help develop materials for business reviews, leadership updates, planning sessions, and board-ready presentations. Coordinate strategic initiatives across stakeholders to ensure actions, dependencies, risks, and milestones are tracked and escalated appropriately. Support business management activities including governance routines, meeting cadences, action logs, reporting packs, and follow-up on key decisions. Partner with Client Coverage and product teams to support go-to-market planning, repricing initiatives, campaign tracking, and commercial enablement. Maintain and improve management information, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support data-driven decision making. Contribute to internal communications, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new tools or AI-enabled ways of working where relevant. Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency, simplify processes, and enhance leadership visibility into segment performance.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in strategy, business management, product, client coverage, consulting, or financial services business support. Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into clear business insights and recommendations. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of concise senior management materials. Good commercial awareness and understanding of client, segment, and revenue drivers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting/analysis tools. Ability to work in a structured way while remaining flexible in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable supporting governance, planning, and execution across strategic and BAU priorities. Preferred qualifications: Experience in Asset Servicing, Securities Services, Markets, or broader financial services. Familiarity with segment strategy, client planning, pricing, pipeline management, or commercial analytics. Exposure to business management disciplines such as governance, planning, executive reporting, and performance tracking. Experience working with senior stakeholders across business, product, operations, finance, and risk. Knowledge of AI-enabled analysis, workflow tools, or process automation is a plus.
