Responsibilities

Allan Myers is looking for a hard-working team player to join our elite team of professionals. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the input and review of payroll data and documents for inefficiencies and errors. Ensures that all amounts are accurate based on hours worked, and payments are made on-time. Conducts work in accordance with Allan Myers policies, procedures, and programs.

Responsibilities:

    Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into custom ERP system.
  • Input all training and orientation hours with the correct project cost code and labor classifications.
  • Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions and addresses.
  • Prepares and submits wage garnishments and child support payments.
  • Provides reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
  • Prepares and analyzes standardized reports of various types for missing or inaccurate information regarding labor hours and classifications.
  • Prepares and submits Certified Payroll reports.
  • Assists in the documentation of payroll processes and procedures.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping all information confidential.
  • Assists with employee complaints and questions and helps resolve issues in a timely manner.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma required. Associate's of Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in payroll required.
  • Construction industry experience a plus.
