We are currently seeking a Director of Clinical Operations and Innovations for a program supporting research and development activities in the Health sector. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

    Serve as Clinical Operations Expert across PSI opportunities, including ARPA-H PARADIGM, ARPA-H POSIEDON, and any efforts for GOHospital or AutoMedix, as well as other care transformation solutions.
  • Provide oversight to ensure clinical accuracy, alignment with best practices, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Function as rural health subject matter expert, helping design and adapt solutions to meet unique community and population needs. Provide test subject matter expertise in developments to achieve validation of design acceptability criteria.
  • Support solutioning for program of government customers' needs in implementing/integrating rural health applications
  • Develop implement and sustain clinical solutions for PSI's Emerging Technology and Innovation activities
  • Supports new developmental projects with technical and operational expertise.
  • Ensures team maintains and complies with all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.
  • Serve as Clinical Operations Leader across PSI, representing the healthcare provider and mobile clinical perspective in innovation, strategy, and client engagement.
  • Provide thought leadership to strengthen PSI's market positioning
  • Mentor PSI staff and partners to integrate clinical excellence into operations, development, and delivery models.


Minimum Requirements

  • Masters of Physician Assistant Studies or similar clinical degree.
  • PA-C, NCCPA Certification or similar.
  • Doctor of Medical Science or similar.
  • Knowledge of commercial and military healthcare delivery systems and networks.
  • Knowledge of government information assurance, policy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience in executive medicine, acute care, occupational health, travel medicine, and readiness support for uniformed and civilian senior executives, active-duty service members, civilians, and family members.
  • 20+ years' experience in civilian healthcare, the Military Health System, Army and Army National Guard medicine, and rural care delivery.

  • ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory and Ethics Training
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow/Black Belt
  • Hazardous Materials Technical training
