Job Summary As Vice President of Human Resources for North America, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, shaping and executing people strategies that drive business performance. This role is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources across the region, including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, Employee Communications, Culture & Engagement, and Talent Management, supporting approximately 1,700 employees. In addition, the role leads the delivery of a shared services model across subsidiaries, including two manufacturing facilities, supporting approximately 1,500 employees. As a direct report to the CEO, North America and the Head of Global HR located in South Korean with oversight of overseas HR Operations, you will operate within a matrixed environment and partner closely with both leaders with shared accountability for aligning regional execution to global strategy and driving business outcomes.
