Job Summary

The Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 3 provides operational and logistical support across multiple supply chain functions, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, material handling, warehouse operations, and supply chain business processes. This role works closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure the efficient movement, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting manufacturing and operational objectives. The ideal candidate has experience operating material handling equipment, managing inventory transactions, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support daily supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and material management operations.
  • Receive, inspect, process, store, and distribute materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities, including documentation, tracking, and inventory updates.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Load, unload, move, stage, and transport materials throughout warehouse and operational areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory control activities.
  • Support material transactions and inventory updates within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate material movement to support production, manufacturing, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and operations personnel to support business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in resolving material shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain and warehouse operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Current forklift certification required.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
  • Experience with inventory management and inventory control processes.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehouse, and logistics operations.
  • Ability to accurately track and document inventory transactions.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work within inventory and supply chain systems.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.


Work Experience



  • Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or material management operations required.
  • Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems preferred.
  • Experience using Costpoint, SAP, or similar inventory and supply chain management systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments is highly desirable.
