A leading aerospace manufacturer in Franklin, MA is hiring a Senior Manager of Enterprise Quality to own quality strategy, performance, and team development across multiple programs.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)


  • Lead quality culture, strategy, and training priorities across the program quality organization
  • Own COPQ reduction, Zero Defect Planning, and systemic root cause/corrective action initiatives
  • Manage quality labor and travel budgets; provide inputs into AOP, forecasts, and program risk registers
  • Develop and lead Program Quality Engineers and team leaders - including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning
  • Establish and maintain program quality operating rhythms, KPI dashboards, and review boards (CAB, QORs)
  • Serve as the senior quality representative to customers and executive leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve systemic quality issues
  • Ensure alignment with ISO9001, AS9100, and internal QMS/contractual obligations



What You Bring (Requirements)


  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 10+ years of aerospace quality or engineering experience; 14+ years accepted in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple programs and managing budgets
  • Background as a senior leader, team lead, or technical authority with direct customer interface experience
  • Organizational leadership experience required
