Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Schedule: Monday-Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily production operations in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Perform material handling, equipment movement, and basic shop-floor support tasks
• Use hand and power tools for general maintenance, assembly support, and facility upkeep
• Assist with workplace organization, layout adjustments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain visual standards, including signage, training boards, and production displays
• Conduct routine 5S+1 audits and support lean manufacturing practices
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and shift priorities
• Support forklift operations (training provided if not certified)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
• Mechanical aptitude, handywork, or maintenance experience is strongly valued
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials regularly
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and visual standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work early shifts and occasional weekend overtime as needed
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow directions and work independently when required
• Forklift certification a plus; willingness to be trained required
