Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Alternatively, completion of a two-year paralegal program or one year of relevant legal experience
• Experience in a law firm, legal services organization, or legal support role preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Job Duties:

• Support attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, reports, and memoranda
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Interview applicants and gather information for legal matters
• Represent clients in administrative hearings as needed
• File and transmit legal documents to courts and government agencies
• Maintain accurate case files and records
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information
