Accounts Receivable Analyst

• Manage AR account reconciliations and partner with Collections to prioritize high-risk accounts
• Perform root cause analysis on billing and payment discrepancies; drive resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Tax, and Pricing teams
• Support DSO analysis, credit utilization reporting, and working capital metrics
• Document processes and recommend order-to-cash improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's preferred
• 4+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
• SAP Credit & Collections module experience strongly preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
