Are you a seasoned UX Researcher ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking an expert in user experience to join a dynamic team where your insights will directly influence product strategy and decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to lead moderately complex research projects with autonomy, shape the future of products, and champion inclusive design practices. You will be a fully trusted, senior member of the team, potentially leading specific areas or initiatives, and your contributions will be central to delivering exceptional user experiences.

**What You'll Do:**

* Propose innovative ideas to enhance products and services through research-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

* Drive user-centric thinking, proactively addressing challenges in strategy, product development, and technology alongside cross-functional partners.

* Advocate for and implement inclusive research and design practices, fostering the creation of accessible and equitable products.

* Guide product strategy by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs.

* Craft and communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both user and business contexts.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify the reach and visibility of your research.

* Identify, create, and effectively leverage key insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem.

* Utilize a deep understanding of business goals, product ecosystems, user trends, and industry landscape to inform research-driven, user-centric decision-making.

* Contribute to developing project priorities aligned with larger organizational goals and coordinate resource allocation within projects.

* Proactively identify opportunities to expand responsibilities and anticipate and remove potential roadblocks.

* Conduct comprehensive research to uncover user needs and business opportunities, guiding product and business objectives.

* Perform research that cultivates user empathy and shapes a shared user-centric vision and strategy with partners.

* Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities, adapting research strategies for large or complex projects and programs.

* Drive and execute comprehensive analysis for complex research initiatives, including defining and implementing qualitative or quantitative frameworks and developing strategic surveys.

* Build consensus and influence teams to champion and adopt research-based, user-centric solutions.

* Communicate research insights and recommendations to partners and stakeholders, expertly addressing and anticipating questions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in interactive technology.

* Expertise in ethical UX research practices.

* Strong command of UX research methodologies.

* Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.

* Knowledge of human/user behavior principles.

* Ability to craft compelling UX storytelling.

* Mastery of research processes.

* Proficiency in UX systems thinking.
