**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to management and team members.

* Orchestrate team-building events, offsites, and engagement activities to foster a vibrant team culture.

* Manage office space coordination and facilitate logistical needs.

* Oversee catering arrangements and liaise with event-related vendors.

* Actively contribute to and support various team projects and cross-functional initiatives.

* Monitor and track budgets, process expenses, and manage purchase requests with precision.

* Execute core administrative tasks with a high degree of discretion and accuracy.

* Procure essential goods and services, including equipment, office supplies, and reference materials.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for the team, providing general office support.

* Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed for office support tasks.

**What You'll Bring (Must-Haves):**

* A minimum of 1-2 years of proven administrative, business support, or customer service experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in support roles.

* Experience supporting a fast-paced product development or critical operations team.

* Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced support requests with minimal direction.

* A strong customer service mindset, maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.

* Proven ability to quickly adapt to new and unfamiliar requests and solve problems independently.

* Excellent communication and responsiveness, consistently meeting same-day or 24-hour expectations.

* Experience working in a collaborative administrative environment, supporting cross-functional teams.
