This position is offering a pay range of $18/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Responsibilities:
Primary Duties
*Receive incoming customer shipments.
*Accurately enter part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities into the company system.
*Verify shipment information against packing slips and customer paperwork.
*Identify and report any receiving discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
*Communicate receiving issues through email and to appropriate team members.

Required Qualifications
*Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience.
*Strong attention to detail, especially when working with part numbers and serial numbers.
*Ability to learn company systems and procedures quickly.
*Good problem-solving skills and ability to recognize discrepancies.
*Professional written communication skills for email correspondence.
*Reliable, dependable, and able to follow established processes.
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Background
*Previous experience in receiving, shipping, logistics, warehouse administration, customer service, or clerical/data entry roles.
Experience entering data into ERP, inventory, or business systems
