Summary:
Performs production tasks and guides the activities of team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
* Follows operating procedures for DragonHide and Durabed lines.
* Maintains spray gun. Perform maintenance duties as needed.
* Inspects painted units for runs, sags, and unpainted areas.
* Readjust pressure valves to control direction and pattern of spray and to correct flaws in coating.
* Cleans paint from ceiling and walls of booth, conveyor hooks or grid, and from disks, cones, spray heads, and hoses.
* Operates robotic sprayer to cover e-coated areas.
* Participate in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures, to meet customer commitments, or plant metrics and performance.
* Promotes and utilizes 5-S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety
