Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
* Process and track new hire (preboarding) activities
* Assist with I-9 documentation collection and entry in the system
* Review records for completeness and accuracy
* Respond to basic employee and manager questions (via email)
* Assist with routine data checks and flag missing or incomplete information
* Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for routine follow-ups
* Provide general administrative and clerical HR support

Basic Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience
* Experience with general I-9 information and completion
* Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred (Not Required)
* Experience with HR systems (e.g., E-Verify, Equifax)
