Short Description

Participates in the day to day activities and the work flow of the Staffing Office. Acts as a liaison between the Nurse Directors and Nurse Supervisors. Works with staff on their schedules. Assists in the onboarding of new staff and travelers for scheduling. Completes daily staff documentation in share point.

Calls staff to fill openings as needed. Balances scheduling. Reviews overall schedules daily for future needs. Updates schedule on a daily bases with callouts, pulls, switches, and sitters. etc. Enters upcoming schedules in Clarvia system. Completes Travel Agency invoices.

Updates payroll Kronos system on a daily basis. Documents all Nursing Admin floating in Kronos for all floors.

Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.

Other duties as assigned


Experience Required

Previous experience with staff scheduling or related experience preferred. Computer skills required.
Excel experience required.


Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.


Special Requirements

Part time.

Hourly Rate Min $22
Hourly Rate Max $31


The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.

A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
