This role can sit in any of our Northeast offices, including Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Allentown, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Hartford, or Boston
The Territory Project Operations Manager - NI should provide management of the company's operational activities and functions relating to the installation of new products as well as partner with the NI Sales team on all acquisition of opportunities outside our portfolio within an assigned geographic span. All this work is to be fulfilled in a manner that achieves customer satisfaction as well as the strategic business objectives of the region. * Ensure the Fulfillment + guidelines and expectations are being followed throughout the lifecycle of all projects. * Responsible for managing networking capital via appropriate asset management measures and billing procedures. * Partner with the NI sales team to facilitate the sales to operations handover for newly awarded projects as well as assist with contract scope review. * Support Project Managers with setting up project timelines and expectations with customer as well as set a high level of customer service through communication * Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers, GCs and influential industry consultants through personal contact and staff assignments.
