Our team combines the personalized experience of a community hospital with the resources and support of MaineHealth. In this full-time role, you'll work closely with providers and clinical staff to support patients managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and other endocrine conditions. You'll play a key role in patient education, care coordination, medication management, and helping patients navigate complex, long-term health needs.This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy building strong patient relationships, empowering patients through education, and working collaboratively to achieve positive health outcomes. For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
