TEKsystems is actively hiring career-driven professionals for a Hybrid Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix area. Job Details: * Hybrid Schedule - Work primarily from home after training * Minimal Onsite Requirement - Only ~1 week per quarter onsite * Fortune 100 Experience - Build your career with a top-tier financial institution * Consistent Schedule & Stability Key responsibilities include: * Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment * Working within an auto-dialer system * Handling early-stage collections (1-30 days past due) * Averaging 80-120+ calls per day * Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers * Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts Training: * Monday-Friday * 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (MT) * First week onsite Post-Training: * Monday - Saturday (5-day workweek) * Shifts: * 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (MT) * 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally) Work Environment: * Hybrid model after training * Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter * Majority of work performed remotely from home * Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
