WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD: What You Will Do: Responsibilities: 1: Maintain automated timekeeping system which involves new hires, transfers, terminations and security issues. A complete understanding of the timekeeping software and the time and attendance policies that apply to staff is required. 2: Provide data entry and verification of employee payroll hours. Identify and resolve incorrect recordings of hours on time sheets. Provide reconciliations of manual forms to computer generated output to assure proper update of all information as needed. 3: Investigate and resolve all inquiries regarding time and attendance to all levels of staff. Knowledge of both manual and automated systems utilized is required. 4: Generate expense reports (as required) on behalf of staff. Ensure proper documentation to support expenses is provided and/or verified. 5: Responsible for staff lodging arrangements, as needed. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Qualifications: Education: High School or equivalentrequired. Experience: 1 year of related experience related. Skills and Abilities:Effective organization skills and attention to detail, excellent computer skills especially in the use of spreadsheet and/or databases is required. Ability to work on a team.
