Organizational Change Management Senior CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking an Organizational Change Management Senior. This role is responsible for the people side of largescale change initiatives for clients. This role partners with our clients and CLA project teams to design and implement employeefocused change management strategies that improve organizational health, increase change agility, and drive business results across data, technology, and digital transformation efforts.
