ABOUT THE POSITION Position Title: Senior Branch Member Account Specialist - Offering $750 Sign-On Bonus Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience by building meaningful relationships and providing personalized financial support. In this role, you are more than a transactional resource-you are a trusted partner helping members navigate important financial decisions, from opening accounts to accessing lending solutions and improving their overall financial wellness. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success, including operational processes and member service excellence. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, or financial services, this role offers the opportunity to grow a long-term career in banking while making a tangible impact on the lives of members in the Cicero community. Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM. Compensation Range:$21.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills Location: You will primarily support the Cicero branch located at 5788 E Circle Drive Cicero, NY 13039, while providing planned, local coverage at nearby branches when needed to ensure consistent service and operational stability. What you'll do in this role: Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts Support consumer loan applications (excluding mortgages) Resolve complex member concerns and escalations Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services Support branch operations including teller/MSR coverage Provide notary services (training provided) What success looks like: Enjoys helping people solve problems and reach financial goals Communicating clearly, building trust and long-term relationships with members Staying energized in a fast-paced, member-facing environment Comfortable having consultative conversations-not just transactions Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience. Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs. Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc. Visions remains committed to the aspects of diversity and inclusion and will consider alternative education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Preferred - Spanish or Vietnamese Associate degree preferred. Two to four years' experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services industry. Premium offered for: Bilingual proficiency - A passing verbal assessment of language proficiency will be required during onboarding process.
