Title - Coordinator, Materials - Skilled

Contract - 12 months
Location - Irvine CA 92618 United States
Pay range - $18- $19/hr

Role Overview

This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, auditing, storage, packaging, shipping, inventory accountability, and coordinating shipping/receiving schedules to manage workflow and warehouse space.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, package, store, and ship materials/supplies/equipment
• Audit goods received and maintain accurate inventory/accountability
• Coordinate shipping & receiving schedules and related reporting
• Support safe/effective space utilization and protection of equipment/facilities
• Follow established procedures and well-defined operating guidelines

Requirements

• Typically 2+ years of warehouse/materials coordination (or similar) experience
• Comfortable working within defined procedures and routines

Strong attention to detail for auditing, tracking, and reporting
