Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) 40 hours/week
HYBRID: 3 days onsite between Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs required / 2 days remote WFH
Contract Duration: 12 months

This contract is likely to extend and they are looking to convert this position to a full time perm role

Interview Process: 1 hour zoom video interview

Training: Training will be provided to learn the ins and outs of their processes and systems

Start Date: ASAP pending onboarding and 2-week notice

Miscellaneous: Equipment provided by client

About the team:
Line of Business: Marketing and Communications Delivery
Team: Discover Delivery Lane Team
Currently consists of 6 project managers, looking to add another to the team
This team manages and supports anything that has to do with the Discover Card population
The team builds and delivers communications across various different stages of integration for all delivery channels (digital, direct mail, statements, etc.)

What they'll do:
Manage 10-12 ongoing projects at a time regarding discover card products
Manage projects using Workfront (enterprise PM tool), Slack, and G- Suite
Will manage escalations and project status updates to senior leadership
Attend and help drive Kick-off calls, prioritization calls, status update calls, etc.
Will work closely with intent owners who are sending in requests
Will partner with creative teams but they are not going to be a creative contributor or required to generate any creative or marketing materials
Must be able to hold teams accountable to timelines and project deadlines

G- Suite
Slack

What we're looking for:
2+ years of true hands-on project management experience - must be able to speak through juggling multiple projects and have this experience to back it up
Does not have to be from the marketing space but a Marketing project manager is a fit
Someone who has managed multiple concurrent projects

Job Description:
As a Campaign Delivery Project Manager, you will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to build and deliver communications across various different stages of integration.
The core responsibilities include:
Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization and capacity management across the end to end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (ie: digital, direct mail, statements etc.)
Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time
