Job Title: Customer Service IV Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension) Location: Nashville TN 37214 Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 hourly on W2 Working Hours: 7am - 4pm Notes: Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish to effectively support Spanish - speaking customers. JOB SUMMARY: Description: Responsibilities include determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
