RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Oversee travel and expense management for multiple executives, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Maintain calendars, proactively coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Organize logistics for client and internal meetings, including scheduling, catering arrangements, and room setup to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to provide back-up coverage and support, fostering a cohesive and agile work environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with the understanding that coverage assignments may shift to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Exhibit professionalism and strong communication skills at all times, as executives are client-facing and require a high standard of representation. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent support and operational continuity.
