Senior Videographer - Foundation

Description

The Swedish Foundation is seeking a Senior Videographer to bring our mission to life through powerful, visually compelling storytelling. This highly collaborative role will lead video production efforts that highlight the impact of philanthropy, capturing authentic stories from patients, donors, physicians, and community partners. You will play a critical role in advancing fundraising, donor engagement, and community awareness by translating real-world impact into emotional narratives that inspire support for Providence Swedish initiatives. Candidate must have ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a passion for nonprofit work, and a strong connection to healthcare or community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Storytelling & Video Production



  • Partner with philanthropy, communications, and creative teams to shape messaging and creative direction
  • Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality video content that supports strategic fundraising priorities
  • Film interviews, testimonials, and on-location stories that showcase organizational impact
  • Provide event coverage and create campaign-specific video assets


Creative Development



  • Plan and coordinate video shoots, stage environments, and capture both video and photography for multimedia use
  • Collaborate with creative partners to ensure compelling, mission-aligned storytelling


Post-Production & Content Management



  • Edit and assemble footage into polished videos using industry-standard tools
  • Adapt content for multiple platforms, including long-form donor presentations and short-form social media
  • Maintain organized digital archives of raw footage and final video assets for future use
  • Ensure consistency with Swedish Foundation's visual identity and storytelling standards


Quality & Project Management



  • Maintain high production standards through ongoing review and process improvement
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget

Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Photography or multi-media technology, or a related field --or--
  • Equivalent educ/experience
  • 6 years of functional experience, with progressive experience and training
  • Strong experience in video editing, non-linear video editing, encoding, and digitizing

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
