Job Description General Summary Vertex is seeking a Principal Analyst, CGT Agentic Solutions to drive the design and implementation of advanced AI-enabled and agentic technologies across our Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) organization. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who can bridge data, AI, systems integration, and digital product delivery to create scalable solutions in a complex and highly regulated environment. The Principal Analyst will work closely with engineering, data, platform, and business analysts to develop intelligent solutions that automate workflows, orchestrate information, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency across CGT. This role will play a key part in shaping how agentic architectures, AI services, and enterprise data ecosystems are applied to real-world scientific and operational challenges. Pay Range: $142,800 - $214,200Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
