Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Call Center team. In this role, you will provide support to providers by responding to inquiries related to online business applications, including claims, eligibility, self-service tools, and technical issues. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Top 5 Required Skills * Strong computer proficiency * Excellent customer service skills * Effective verbal and written communication * High attention to detail * Strong organizational skills Key Responsibilities * Respond to provider inquiries received through the Call Center with professionalism and accuracy * Provide telephone assistance related to online applications, including claims processing, eligibility verification, and web-based self-service tools * Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through resolutions * Accurately document, track, and monitor all inquiries using a call tracking/CRM system * Manage open tickets, ensuring timely follow-up, proper assignment, and escalation when necessary * Utilize established procedures, scripts, and knowledge resources to ensure consistent support * Process customer requests using various tools and technologies, including desktop faxing, web-based tools, and IVR support * Assist with communication tasks such as returning calls, distributing faxes, and sending documents under supervision Training & Support Comprehensive training will be provided, including access to documented procedures, scripts, and a robust knowledge base to support your success in the role. Work Environment This position operates in a structured call center environment with a focus on collaboration, accuracy, and high-quality customer service. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
