ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated ManufacuringTechnician I in Billerica MA to join our Kitting team. This individual will work with a team to ensure timely completion of reagent kits. They will be responsible for the accurate assembly of individual components into final product ready for shipping based on the production schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Responsible for prioritizing Kitting schedule requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing operation with primary activities including but not limited to Handling material, labeling boxes, Verification process. Quality control and others.
  • Adhere to written procedures and escalate issues if/when observed
  • Accurately record information and review of executed documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain integrity of work areas by sanitizing workstations and restocking lab supplies
  • Use of ERP software for production transactions and inventory control
  • Adhere to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
  • Maintaining compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements
  • Perform other duties as required


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High school diploma
  • 0-2 years of kitting or assembly experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Inventory control and ERP experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Manager to add expectations re: onsite, hybrid, remote schedule, travel expectations, physical demands of the position, etc.
