Manufacturing Technician I Quanterix is revolutionizing biomarker analysis to advance precision health, leveraging Simoa technology for ultra-sensitive protein detection. ROLE SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated ManufacuringTechnician I in Billerica MA to join our Kitting team. This individual will work with a team to ensure timely completion of reagent kits. They will be responsible for the accurate assembly of individual components into final product ready for shipping based on the production schedule. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsible for prioritizing Kitting schedule requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing operation with primary activities including but not limited to Handling material, labeling boxes, Verification process. Quality control and others. Adhere to written procedures and escalate issues if/when observed Accurately record information and review of executed documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain integrity of work areas by sanitizing workstations and restocking lab supplies Use of ERP software for production transactions and inventory control Adhere to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) Maintaining compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements Perform other duties as required BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma 0-2 years of kitting or assembly experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Inventory control and ERP experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel) EXPECTATIONS, LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Manager to add expectations re: onsite, hybrid, remote schedule, travel expectations, physical demands of the position, etc. Work from Billerica, MA, office; minimum of 2 days a week Ability to work as part of a team Strong organization skills Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic, the ability to generate high quality output in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Positive, proactive and collaborative attitude Attention to detail and SAFETY Capable of lifting 50+ pounds WHY YOU'LL LIKE WORKING FOR US: Our Technology: Quanterix' technology is designed to enable much earlier disease detection, better prognoses and enhanced treatment methods to improve the quality of life and longevity of the population for generations to come.
