Job Summary

The Goods Flow Associate supports store operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient movement of merchandise throughout the facility. This role contributes to product availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency by executing daily goods flow tasks while maintaining safety, organization, and customer service standards.


Job Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned goods flow tasks accurately and on time to support product availability for customers
  • Support daily store operations through efficient handling and movement of merchandise
  • Use inventory systems and operational tools to maintain accurate stock levels and data integrity
  • Follow inventory routines and processes to maximize stock accuracy and product availability
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures within assigned work areas
  • Help identify and prevent safety risks involving employees, customers, equipment, and merchandise
  • Contribute to operational goals and daily action plans through teamwork and active participation
  • Support lean, efficient, and cost-conscious warehouse and inventory practices
  • Share knowledge and assist colleagues across departments when needed
  • Perform physical material handling tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and transferring products weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow inventory processes and operational procedures
  • Basic computer or inventory system experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing 1-50 lbs
  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift as required


Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, retail stocking, logistics, or inventory management preferred
  • Experience working with inventory control systems or goods flow processes preferred
