Warehouse Associate Wichita Falls, TX Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour 26-05258 Job Summary The Warehouse Associate serves as a tool room and crib attendant at a client manufacturing site, supporting plant operations by maintaining inventory levels, stocking supplies, and delivering materials throughout the facility. This hands-on role requires strong organization, customer service, and inventory management skills to ensure departments receive the materials needed for daily production activities. Job Responsibilities Pull and prepare orders for delivery to departments throughout the plant Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials and supplies Maintain inventory organization and stock levels to support plant operations Stock cabinets and deliver materials throughout the facility Order materials and supplies for plant employees as needed Ensure warehouse and stock areas remain clean, organized, secure, and safe Support multiple departments by understanding supply requirements and responding promptly to requests Accurately store and track inventory using computer systems and inventory tools Provide excellent customer service while supporting employees at the client site Use carts and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility Perform additional warehouse and inventory support duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year of recent warehouse experience required Minimum of 1 year of computer experience, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel Customer service experience in a client-facing environment required Experience with shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory operations preferred Ability to quickly learn product and inventory information Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, pull, and move throughout the shift Experience using carts and pallet jacks preferred This is not a forklift position Work Environment Position is based onsite at a manufacturing facility Non-climate-controlled warehouse and plant environment Role involves extensive walking and material delivery throughout the facility Approximately 80% of the role involves stocking and delivering materials Approximately 20% of the role involves ordering and inventory-related activities About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
