Job Description As a Manager in Agile Program Management at Publicis Sapient, you will partner with clients undertaking major digital business or engineering transformation engagements. You will work within a cross-functional, globally distributed team to lead the planning, estimation, and delivery of client projects and programs. Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, driving alignment across complex workstreams and outcomes Proven ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders without formal authority to achieve program objectives Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools, including Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office applications Flexible, collaborative, and able to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong team alignment and delivery momentum Experience supporting proposal development and pre-sales efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape delivery approaches, team structures, and cost estimates Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), as well as exposure to waterfall and hybrid delivery environments Experience leading teams in the implementation of modern digital technologies, including cloud platforms, DevOps practices, experience management platforms, and data-driven solutions Experience working within AI-enabled or data-driven environments, including: Supporting or managing programs that incorporate AI, data platforms, or intelligent systems into delivery Demonstrating an understanding of how AI can impact planning, estimation, delivery workflows, and program decision-making Familiarity with leveraging AI-enabled tools within program management environments (e.g., enhancing delivery visibility, reporting, or team productivity) Ability to develop a strong understanding of the systems, applications, and ecosystem being delivered, rather than operating solely at a coordination level Ability to travel frequently Set Yourself Apart With: Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing statements of work Scrum, Product or SaFe Certification Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React, or Swift Relevant experience at a digital agency or consultancy leading cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences Additional Information Pay Range: $123,000- $184,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
