This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and merchandising, ensuring that campaigns are executed seamlessly across retail and digital channels.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced contract role where you'll own activation plans from concept through execution, supporting key seasonal moments and product launches.

  • Drive consumer engagement at the point of purchase across in-store and digital channels
  • Partner closely with sales and merchandising teams to align marketing with commercial goals
  • Lead end-to-end activation execution (planning, coordination, deployment, and optimization)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies to deliver high-quality execution
  • Track and analyze performance, using data and insights to optimize campaigns and improve results
  • Support initiatives that increase sell-through, share of space, and overall retail performance
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in account marketing, retail marketing, shopper marketing, trade marketing, or similar
  • Proven experience executing consumer-facing campaigns tied to retail or key accounts
  • Strong understanding of retail environments and what drives in-store and online conversion
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, and marketing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with external partners or agencies
  • Background in apparel, footwear, retail, or consumer brands is a plus

What Success Looks Like

  • Seamless execution of campaigns across retail partners and channels
  • Measurable impact on consumer engagement, sell-through, and retail performance
  • Strong cross-functional alignment and execution excellence
  • Ability to quickly ramp and deliver value within a contract timeline

Additional Details

  • Contract Dates: June 10, 2026 - December 31, 2026
  • Work Environment: Hybrid (onsite + remote flexibility, depending on location)
  • Hours: Full-time
