This role is accountable for service performance, cost control, process standardization, and exception management across global logistics operations.

Where you'll be:

This position will be based at the Electrolux's HQ office located in Charlotte NC, hybrid work policy model.

What you'll do:

  • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with 3PL partners.

  • Manage day-to-day operational exceptions and escalations.

  • Partner with Procurement and Finance on contract adherence and issue resolution.

  • Review, validate, and approve 3PL invoices against contractual rates and activity volumes.

  • Support cost-to-serve analysis and continuous cost improvement initiatives.

  • Manage an offshore team responsible for execution and tracking of inbound ocean shipments to all four warehouses.

  • Ensure timely bookings, documentation accuracy, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.

  • Act as escalation point for carrier, forwarder, and routing guide deviations.

  • Drive standard work and productivity across the offshore logistics execution team.

  • Serve as primary escalation point for customs brokerage issues across regions.

  • Resolve entry, classification, valuation, and clearance exceptions in partnership with brokers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure shipments are cleared timely to protect service and inventory availability.

  • Partner with Trade Compliance and Legal as needed on non-standard issues.

  • Develop, document, and maintain global SOPs for warehouse execution, inbound logistics, and exception handling.

  • Ensure SOP alignment across regions while allowing for local regulatory requirements.

  • Lead standardization efforts across 3PLs to reduce variability and execution risk.

  • Support new 3PL onboarding, transitions, and process changes.

  • Act as the logistics and warehouse subject matter expert for Cin7.

  • Support configuration, troubleshooting, and process design within Cin7 related to inventory, orders, and fulfillment.

  • Partner with IT, Operations, and Planning on system enhancements and issue resolution.

  • Train internal users and 3PL partners on standard system usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3+ years in global logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international ocean freight, Incoterms, and managing global 3PL partners.

  • Hands-on experience with customs brokerage and import/export issue resolution.

  • Experience leading offshore or shared-service teams.

  • Solid financial skills, including invoice validation and cost analysis.

  • Proven ability to build SOPs and reporting (Power BI / Power Query) across distributed operations.

  • Experience with OMS/WMS platforms (e.g., Cin7, NetSuite, SAP) preferred.

  • Background in consumer durables, aftermarket parts, or D2C, with multi-region (US, EMEA, APAC) exposure, preferred.

Benefits highlights:

  • Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services.
