Pay Rate: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

We're hiring Sign Fabricator pros in Dothan who take accuracy personally. From setup to inspection, you'll own every thousandth. Bring your focus. We'll bring the respect.

What's Required to Get on the Floor

• High school diploma or GED required; tech school or machining certification preferred.
• Prior experience in sign fabrication, metalworking, or a related trade.
• Know your blueprints, your math, and your measuring tools.
• Steady hands, sharp focus, and a safety-first mindset.
• Able to lift materials and stay on your feet through the shift.
