As a Senior Manager, Tax, you would be responsible for leading and supporting complex global tax accounting and compliance activities, including current and deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis and forecasting, valuation allowance assessments, and uncertain tax positions.The role plays a key part in the preparation and review of income tax provisions under ASC 740, including oversight of complex U.S. international tax regimes such as GILTI, Subpart F, and FDII. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $139,000 and $209,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
